Collaboration between Malaysia and Japan!
Tasted Malaysian Chinese Boiled Eggs &
Japanese dried sardines and brown rice
How about brown rice (Japanese rice) with Malaysian Chinese simmered eggs and handmade Japanese sardines? Compared to white rice, brown rice is rich in vitamins and minerals, and it also consumes a lot of dietary fiber. However, it is low in protein. Eating it with eggs improve the nutritional balance. By adding dried sardines, you can get a moderate amount of salt, so the balance as a meal is the best!
